Managing Principal and Founder
Jeffrey has been putting value-oriented healthcare transformation into practice for 25+ years as a mindful, collaborative and entrepreneurial leader, business development and operations executive, strategic advisor, and technology & management consultant. He built his career innovating across scientific, clinical, technical, and business domains. He aligns and executes strategies, manages programs and projects, and fosters partnerships and collaborations within and among healthcare ecosystems.
Jeffrey is a passionate and agile change agent, driving a consistent cadence of performance improvement and value delivery. This cadence includes aligned executable strategies, data-driven insights, and the infusion/adoption of innovations and best practices. The industry knows Jeffrey as a steadfast concept-to-execution driver, persistent in corralling consensus, translating value propositions, and building close relationships. He possesses an energy and enthusiasm that thrives in the challenge of the complex and that endures the uncertainty of the impossible.
Jeffrey received his doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He was a Cardiology Research Associate at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine prior to receiving a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Physiology in the Department of Medicine. Subsequently, he transitioned from academic medicine to the life sciences, medical technology, and diagnostic industries. Over the last 20+ years, Jeffrey has been focusing on data-driven quality and performance improvement, value-oriented health care delivery and reimbursement, digital healthcare enablement, and healthcare transformation.
